Through a collaborative approach, the No Place Like Home Campaign will provide a resource consultant, recognized experts, and best practice resources and tool kits to assist hospitals to improve and redesign their care processes to achieve their reduction goals. This section contains general resources to support organizations participating in the No Place Like Home Campaign. Each of the five key areas that hospitals can work on through the Campaign will have a list of activities for hospitals to utilize according to their Action Plan.
